Initially delivered to Addison, TX., for work to be done by Collins Radio Corporation with the installation of a radio package suitable for European operations.
Jan-1962 attached to the 110th Aviation Company, Boscomantico AAF., Verona, Italy, part of SETAF (Southern European Task Force).
Jan-1963. Transported back to the United States and assigned to the Aviation Section at Fort Ord, CA., in the operational support airlift role.
Feb-1966. it returned to Europe and arrived at Coleman Barracks, Mannheim, Germany for depot level maintenance.
May-1966 to the 2nd Military Intelligence Battalion at Sembach Air Base, Germany.
Nov-1967. Returned to Coleman Barracks from where it was transported back to the United States.
May-1968. To Vietnam joining the 2nd Signal Group.
Nov-1969, Assigned to the 18th Aviation Company until Mar-1971 when the unit was disbanded.
Mar-1971. 388th Transportation Company, where it remained until it was scrapped at Vung Tau, Vietnam, Jul-1971.
